What is AMAZG's delivery process?
It takes 30 min - 6 hours for the order to be processed and it shall reach you within 3-7 working days across India. Once your order is dispatched you will be notified on your given mobile number. And if by mistake the phone number provided by you is invalid we get in touch with you over the email provided by you.
We also provide within-24-hour delivery for Bangalore pin codes through Dunzo which will be chargeable depending on the pincodes.
Orders placed on Friday night, Saturday, and Sunday, major holidays, and/or company closures will not be fulfilled until the following working day.
- We use Delhivery for our deliveries across India shipments.
- We offer free-of-cost delivery within the country.
- CASH ON DELIVERY is available on all orders.
- AMAZG's team will call or WhatsApp you for an order confirmation for a cash-on-delivery product before we dispatch your order.
- Very Important – Please make an unboxing video of the package you receive, in order to claim any physical damage or missing product. No Return /Refund /Replacement will be accepted without the video proof.
P.S: During festivals, adverse weather conditions, natural calamities or political crises, and curfews, your shipment may get further delayed due to dependency on courier companies. We assure you that we will try our best to have the product delivered to you as soon as possible and we truly appreciate your patience.
For International Orders (outside India):
Our delivery partner for international orders is Indian Post, DHL & FedEx. It takes up to 7-15 business days from our end to deliver regular orders, but for custom orders, it may take an additional 2 days to clear the custom payment and KYC which has to be done by you, the customer.
Please note: The shipping charge for international orders varies, depending on your country. Custom duty has to be paid by the customer separately as per the respective country standards.
