Return & Refund Policy

Please make an unboxing video of the package you receive. Make sure to record the video before opening the courier seal.

Hey Everyone,

  • Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully if you wish to send the product back to us. If your ask falls within our policy, we will be happy to assist and attend to your concerns.
  • To start with, you can only Return, exchange/replace the products within 3 days of receiving it, provided that it is not a sale or discounted order, and there is a valid reason for the return or exchange. Post the first 3 days, no return, exchanges/replacement will be possible.
  • Any difference amount at the time of Return, Exchange/Replacement, the amount will be credited to store credit only.

Also, the following products are NOT VALID for Exchange/Replacement:

  1. Sale Orders / Discounted orders 
  2. AMAZG Easy-Fit Screen Protector and AMAZG Magsafe Rings.
  3. International orders 
  4. Anything bought in pop-ups/ exhibitions or in-person trials.
  5. Any products that have been coloured, used and or damaged, post purchase.
  6. All product package should be available, If anything is missing then return, exchange/replacement is not possible.
  7. All shipping item should be in-tacked (including packing Box).
    - Outer Shipping cover,Box and product box should be in the same has shipping condition.
  8. Please note that Rs.200 will be deducted for all return, exchanges/replacement to account for our shipping and logistical expenses. Unless its not an manufacturing defect.

A few things you MUST READ while asking for a Exchange/Replacement:

  • Before sending the product back, make sure that the goods are in the same condition as they were when shipped out. We will not accept any products that have been used or damaged.
  • Please make an unboxing video of the package you receive to claim any physical damage or missing product. Make sure to record the video before opening the courier seal, so that it shows the true status of the products. Exchanges/Replacement on claims of damage or defective products will only be accepted with the valid video proof.
  • The cost of shipping back is borne by you, the buyer. AMAZG will not be liable for any damages and loss that occur while the goods are being returned.
  • In cases where a return, Exchange/Replacement is possible, we only give store credit. Refund is not an option.
