We do not accept return requests; our policy is to process replacement requests only.
- Cancellation requests will not be entertained if the orders have already been shipped to the customer's address.
- There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
- No cancellations are entertained for those products that have been obtained on special occasions. (These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.)
- If still customer wants to cancel the order or rejects the delivery then a cancellation charge of 200/- will be charged.
- If the order is not yet shipped customer can reach us out & on this cancellation, there will be no charge.
- A refund for the canceled order (If canceled before shipped) will be processed within 24 hours.
- If any COD Fee is charged the same is non-refundable. As this amount is taken by the courier partner.
- I have received a faulty/ incorrect/ defective item. What should I do?
At AMAZG, we thoroughly check your order for any faults or defects before shipping them to you. However, if you do receive a faulty/incorrect/defective product, please email us at email@example.com or on chat or call within 24 hours of receiving the order. Upon verifying your request, we will replace the faulty product right away.
- Can I return a product if I don’t like it?
No, In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per the specifications, you must bring it to the notice of our support team within 24 hours of receiving the product. The support team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
- Very Important – Please make an unboxing video of the package you receive, in order to claim any physical damage or missing product. No Return / Refund/ Replacement will be accepted without the video proof.
- Any Issue with the product needs to be notified to us within 24 hours of the delivery.
- Some Products Like AMAZG Easy-Fit Screen Protector and AMAZG Magsafe Rings are not returnable or Exchangeable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- In case of replacement, the whole product package with the product and its accessories intact will be picked up and after the package is safely delivered back to us a fresh replacement will be sent, If the product sent by the customer is damaged or incorrect then there will be no refund or replacement sent.
In Case of any refund, it takes 3-7 working days.
For International Orders (outside India):
- There will be no order cancellation once its Shipped.
- There will be no replacement provided.
- If there is a Manufacturing defect Please do make sure to take a full unboxing video to claim the same.
- In case of any refund, only product cost will be refunded. Shipping and Customs amounts cannot be refunded.
- Refund takes around 5-7 Working days to settle in your account.
