1. Cancellation requests will not be entertained if the orders have already been shipped to the customer's address.
2. There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
3. No cancellations are entertained for those products that have been obtained on special occasions. (These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.)
4. If still customer wants to cancel the order or rejects the delivery then a cancellation charge of 200/- will be charged.
5. If the order is not yet shipped customer can reach us out & on this cancellation, there will be no charge.
6. A refund for the canceled order (If canceled before shipped) will be processed within 24 hours.

• If any COD Fee is charged the same is non-refundable. As this amount is taken by the courier partner.

For International Orders (outside India):

• There will be no order cancellation once its Shipped.
• There will be no replacement provided.
• If there is a Manufacturing defect Please do make sure to take a full unboxing video to claim the same.
• In case of any refund, only product cost will be refunded. Shipping and Customs amounts cannot be refunded.
• Refund will be in store credit only.
